Shipping Policy

North American customers are eligible for free shipping on any order over $80. Orders are done and going out from our store located Toronto, Canada and a tracking number will be provided on all orders. It usually take 1-3 business days to process your order.

If you have any urgent request such as birthday event or special occasion coming-up and would like an express shipping a package leave us a direct message.

Shipping rates are as follows:

CANADA (Standard Shipping) CA $6.99
USA CA $6.99
EUROPE, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND CA $15.00


The product will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping to Canada: estimated 4 to 10 business days.
Shipping to USA: estimated 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping to UK & other European countries: estimated 10 to 21 business days, depending on any custom hold ups.
Shipping to Australia and New Zealand: estimated 10 to 30 business days.

Please note:

  1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  2. What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery?
    If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 50% of your payment to you.
  3. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed with the email you provided when making your purchase.

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

By any chance that you made a typo or provided us an outdated shipping address and the package has already left our facility, the package will be most likely returned to us due to incomplete address. In such scenario we will resend you your package but you will be responsible for paying the extra shipping cost.

Note For Taxes

1. Shipping charges are subject to the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) when shipped within Ontario or to other HST participant provinces (e.g. British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island). Shipping charges on shipments outside of HST participant provinces and territories are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) only.

2. Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy and UK,...) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
